Welcome to BetterWallpapers! These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BetterWallpapers application (“App”), so please read them carefully before using the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

  1. Subscription

The App is a subscription-based service. You must purchase a subscription to access the full features of the App.

There are two types of subscriptions available: monthly and annual. The monthly subscription is billed monthly, while the annual subscription is billed annually. The annual subscription comes with a 3-day free trial.

  1. Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.

  1. Custom Wallpapers

The App allows you to create custom wallpapers for your iPhone and iPad.

By using the App to create custom wallpapers, you agree that the content you use to create the wallpapers does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.

You also agree that you will not use the App to create wallpapers that are obscene, offensive, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  1. Intellectual Property

The App and all content and materials contained within the App, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of BetterWallpapers and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use any of the App’s content or materials without our prior written consent.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BETTERWALLPAPERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BETTERWALLPAPERS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  1. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BETTERWALLPAPERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THESE TERMS OF USE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF BETTERWALLPAPERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BETTERWALLPAPERS’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THESE TERMS OF USE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where BetterWallpapers is located.

  1. Changes to Terms

BetterWallpapers may modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting a notice on the App or by sending you an email.
